As you can see below the reality of the lowering of all wages in this country, except the super-rich.

How are Americans expected to have any funds for retirement if the wages continue to decrease with corporations no longer giving cost of living increases or raises. You should complain to your employer without fear of being fired. But, most people are just that, fearful of their employer. Greed has engulfed America with no respect to the hard working American!
